Promotion of Access to Information Act, Section 51
In terms of Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000, all South African private bodies are required to compile and make available a manual describing the records they hold and the procedure for requesting access. This manual outlines categories of records held by 10-Bravo (Pty) Ltd, how to submit a formal request, applicable fees, and the grounds on which requests may be refused. The Information Regulator may be contacted should your request be denied.

Master Service Agreement: All Engagements
These Terms and Conditions govern all managed service engagements, project-based work, and consulting agreements between 10-Bravo (Pty) Ltd and its clients. They cover service scope and limitations, payment terms, intellectual property ownership, liability caps, confidentiality obligations, termination procedures, and dispute resolution. Client-specific agreements may supersede these terms where expressly agreed in writing. All engagements are subject to the version current at time of signing.
